sometimes you join a production - could be good or bad, big or small, and you know someone, could be nice or mean, skillful or helpful. Make sure you spent time with them and note their names and phone numbers. Better if you could have a name card exchange, that'd be professional tho. Later on you'll build your own crew list and you can decide how you'd pick up the right people for you own project.
I stayed and finished it, wasn't that bad as I thought, but probably because of super nice and professional crew. However, the director stays as douche bag as he could.

- when you say you're ship is sinking, is it a metaphor? or you're referring to the story?
