It depends what do you want. Format your written content in a proper industry format, or help with the structure of the story? For formatting you can use the proper industry standard software either Final Draft or Magic Screenwriter, or you can do it yourself in MSWord and create a template that would do too. If you want help with the story, than there's an excellent software Dramatica that helps you to think about what you do and why, but it isn't straightforward, it takes time and practice to get it into your head.
