Michael Taylor Jackson
Michael Taylor Jackson is an award-winning filmmaker and visual artist who grew up in Northern California. His first film, Streets of Paradise, a 50-minute documentary about the homeless, premiered at the Santa Barbara Film Festival while he was still an undergrad. His subsequent films have screened at Cinequest, Sarasota, and Sonoma where he recently won the Best Drama Short Film Award for Crisscross. In 2016, Michael was selected as one of thirteen Directors to participate in the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema's new MFA program at Steiner Studios. Michael lives in New York City and is currently working on a series of short films entitled Harlemites.
