I set out to pick a telephoto portrait prime and sure enough I got the 135mm f2. Am I clever or is this dumb?
The Osmo looks cool but so is the price tag. I think the Came-TV Action is a better option for those who already own a GoPro. It's got practically zero setup time because of it's 32bit encoders, just like the Came-TV Single. Plus, you can upgrade the camera over time with the latest version of GoPro or similar.
It doesn't take the fun away. You can still fly the drone for fun, ie fully manually. This gives the ability to quickly get professional looking, complicated shots without need two operators.
You could apply all of those tips directly to shooting a wedding.
I agree, it looks experimental and no doubt some form of this tech will appear in a future version of the C300.
I wonder what the image is like @ 4,000,000 ISO. I'd bet it's grainy as hell. If so, Isn't that only 3 stops better than the A7s?
