Yeah, great article Jason. Really accessible and probably super helpful to anyone coming in. It gave me a little sympathy for an assistant at Universal who treated me like a total dick back in the day, too. On the other hand, it also confirms I'm paying my current assistant way too much or underworking her badly. (if she's reading this, just kidding!)
100% agree. I don't think Workman's Comp is very cheap, though. Hasn't been in my experience. But it's totally needed.
