Article Comment – How to Make Sure Film Festivals Actually Watch Your Movie — And Hold Them Accountable

Hi all,
Just a warning to everyone, at the moment Vimeo stats are inaccurate in relation to viewing times. I just asked their support person why it was showing a colleague had only watched one minute of the film when I know he watched it all, and they replied that they have been having migration issues since last year, and it won't resolve anytime soon as the data involved is too great. So don't take it too literally if it doesn't show that they watched it til the end, they may actually have. In the instance I asked about, it said he watched it three times for 25 seconds each, when he had watched 20 mins. Good luck with submissions!
