I tried the free version of Frame.io. It didn't work very well:
After one job that includes 30 short videos:
I couldn't see the full name in the list of videos.
I couldn't add versions from within the previous version.
Dragging videos didn’t scroll.
Email notifications came 5-10 mins after writing.
720p wouldn't play smoothly, so had to be 480p.
In the end it was pointless; hardly any of my clients signed up for an account, and when they did they replied via my email with timecode of their changes.
Now I just embed youtube videos on a password protected page on my site. Free!
Great that Wipster doesn't require an account for clients, but even if it was free I wouldn't use it. It seems my clients don't want to learn a new interface. They'd rather use email.
