Just a stereotype that Nikon is only for photographers not for videographers or filmmakers. There are many full feature films shot on Canon, Sony, Panasonic mirrorless and DSLRs. How many full feature films are shot on Nikon?
Nikon problem is that they put good video features only in hi-end cameras not in consumer and prosumer ones.
There is a 48 hour film project. Where you have only 48 hours to find the idea, write a script, shoot, edit and render the film.
"How To Make a Feature Film in 8 Days" - is misleading. Because only production was done in 8 days. We have no idea how many days or even month went to pre-production and post-production. So, you have not made a feature in 8 days.
There is no competition for who will do it faster in filmmaking even in 48H project. Only who makes it more compelling and engaging to watch and enjoy.
A good comparision for short films vs. full feature is Prospect. Check out different camera lenses, location, grading, etc. Both films have the same idea.

So they created a device which makes lens out of focus? Looks like a piece of clear plastic on the lens makes somewhat similar result.
C'era una volta il West - the westernest western there is.
Not so much breaking happens here.
