Starting with Instamatic cameras when I was 8, I've been shooting film and video my whole life. I've written news articles since high school and graduated in Radio-TV-Film from the University of Kansas in 1985. I've worked as a singer-songwriter, stage actor, film crew, photojournalist and production crew for live television newscasts. I'm proud to have been published in Playboy magazine and formed Fent's Post Productions LLC in 2009. I'm currently shooting my feature-length documentary, "That Seventies Storm: Chasing Tornadoes Through Time" while working full time for the world-famous Land Institute in my home town of Salina, Kansas.
