The link in the article was broken - best to go to www.bittorrent.com and then look from there.
I found their site a bit overwhelming and confusing. Once I found the 'ABOUT' Tab it made a little more sense to me. Looks like you will still have to do the majority of driving traffic there unless someone stumbles upon your bundle but it's very cool to have a supportive site for our projects.
