Taha, it does look like a night scene. You can further trick the brain by having an immediate cut showing night and then this scene. The brain will connect both scenes together and figure out that this is how night looks in this particular interior.
Good luck!
Two years ago I went on CraigsList -- the crew section and offered a guy that had a Film School degree to partner up. He does all the creative work, and I act as the project manager -- finding scripts, actor booking, etc.
I do productions only on the weekends, but 2 years later I think I got myself up to a film school level graduate.
Good luck!
Can you show us a trailer or something?
Cause you know, if you have piece similar to:

then you are out of any practical strategy and the discussion becomes only an exercise in eloquence and wit :)
Know what I mean?
Selling on Craigslist "pays" more than the brick-and-mortar shops in my experience.
Good luck!
Ever loaned your friends a book?
How did that work out for you?
Know what I mean?
The reel shows the "added value".
If I were you my reel would be split screen -- before and after. This is easy for the colorists.
For the music videos -- I would demonstrate I know how to cut to a beat.
For film, the directors know what the takes look like -- those are normally scene long. So, if you break up a scene in cuts that make a person agree with the way you cut you'll get a job.
Good luck!
