A friend has a similar Dell, the color is really clean and clear. Not sure about the bitrate.

TL;DR

All of those who said low budget means shitty audio were right.

The cheapest solution is :

Zoom H1 + Oscar SoundTech OST-801/802.

I've found that only this thing gets you good audio for low price.
