"JinniTech even used cleverly disguised facts to make it look like a RED camera would take any third party MiniMag. But in reality, that isn't true, as a RED camera will verify a MiniMag before it actually will write to it"
Yes, but verify that it's RED's chosen bottom-tier SSD out of China, and not some other virtually indistinguishable SSD. There is nothing else than to the verification than that.
The Aputure COB lights can't stand any kind of weather or what? No rain/splash rating?
(psst, in COB the B stands for Board, not Bulb – bulb would be confusing because putting the diodes all on one board (COB) is the opposite of putting each one in a bulb. This is all explained in the link you provided in the article :) )

This comparison is lacking a bit in visual presentation... Maybe but the stats/specs in a grid of some sort?
Interesting that judging from focal lengths, these seem based on the current Art line up, but all the t-stops are slower. So are these miniaturized versions of the same optics, stripped of some coatings?
If FCPX and Davinci just did a ProRes RAW / BRAW trade agreement, that would be sweet.
