Paying user of WriterDuet here, and can't say enough good things. Especially the the (very non-)corporate attitude and customer service and communication. Just a fantastic company with its heart in the right place. That might change with success, but stellar so far!

This film was a bitter disappointment to me, and a real showcase for the creative limitations of Zack Snyder. Completely tone-deaf, completely by design – even though I thought the new ending was a nice twist. There is a drab, depressing and oppressive feeling of quiet helplessness built into Watchmen, which stands in stark contrast to all things superhero. But Snyder just glossed it all up in sparkly slow motion and pretty faces. And since it's Lindelof doing the HBO series, I have no hopes for that either.

With a great book comes great responsibility – but these guys just want to run it through their standard filter of competent mediocrity.

This is neat, but I've been searching for a decent script supervisor software for the actual shooting period and coming up empty. Something called ScriptE seems to be the default option, but it looks very old, clunky and unsmooth, and is RIDICULOUSLY expensive. Seems to be very much in the same lazy, market monopoly position that Final Draft held a decade ago. Anyone know of a good alternative?
