I've only played witht he pocket camera a little. I love the texture it has in proress but am not a fan of the heavy yellow highlights and blue shadows.
My question is, when switching raw to bmd film in resolve, does it automatically delete whatever Lut the camera is using in raw? Proress has a more natural look to it. But I want those red warm looking colors I'm so used to from canon... or even my Nikon in portrait mode.
Very nice. hopefully this, or software by other manufacturers will be made available to purchas as a plug-in. And hopefully there will be options to make it look more natural looking.
A great analysis of the film. My only wish is for Nolan to exclude his abuse of over explanatory dialogue in his films. It kills the need to reflect on what you saw and draw your own conclusions of the over all plot instead of just it's ending. Rob Ager's youtube analysis does a nice job f juxtaposing all his unnecessary plot explanations for you to see.
oh, okay. But As far as the mount. You would just use other lenses with speed boosters attached to it. m4/3 is supposed to be the most adaptable mount. JVC has a new camera that is super35 with an m4/3 mount.
So is blackmagic done with their traditional camera bodies? Or will they place any new sensors in the old bodies if you want that instead of the Ursa?
I also heard a rumor that there was going to be a 4kbmpcc with a m4/3 mount.
That would be cool. They should also rip out the global shutter on it as well. I'd be all over that.
Unless, if possible, they could just stick a nikon mount on the lense, so that it could be placed on the .71x speedbooster which makes the bmpcc a 2.04 crop. To far out here?
