That's bull$hit.....he didn't 'subvert expectations' ANYWHERE in all that (kinda like Apple)..... I reckon they should have given Jeunet or Wes a crack at Paris with an iphone.
So they expect their users to pay monthly ongoing fees but they don't offer to pay their talent ongoing residuals.......and now they're thinking about how to 'reward' their fellow business partners.......oh dear.....congrats Netflix, you're a pretty entitled "Hollywood" already!

Looks like the union were right to do what was done.........they're clearly dealing with a business partner posessing a delusional level of self importance to sue under those grounds and NOT see their own hypocrisy (or to consider WHO they're supposed to be working for.)....and it WOULDN'T have gotten better after the IPO
