I have used some of Audionamix's software to clean up dialogue tracks which can fix a variety of my issues. I have tested one of their upcoming plugins called IDC (Instant Dialogue Cleaner) which is a realtime plugin that you can load directly into a DAW and help by isolating the speech and controlling background noises issues.
