Pond 5 usually has some decent Public Domain stuff. Not seeing many Vietnam war clips specifically for free but decently inexpensive:

I'd love to hear any comparison thoughts between Frame.io & Wipster. Any folks out there have experience with both?

I've been using wipster for sometime now and haven't really tried frame.io.
