I'm a photographer, but I've done video for a few weddings. There was this time when I was recording the vows bit in an outdoor wedding and it was going well so far; I had a nice composition, perfect exposure and flawless audio. But then, all of a suden, the gardener thought it was a good idea to start using his lawn mower. He destroyed my audio clip. It was so frustrating.
Both are equally rewarding. However, I agree filmmaking is much more complex.
I couldn't help but notice Griffin Hammond is in the last picture. Not a surprise though. I've been following his work long before the sriracha documentary, and he had always used Panasonic cameras.
