So it has all of the limitations of the BMPCC but not all of the features but at least it costs more.
My favorite new feature in Premiere is the shortcut Ctrl+D+R which automatically downloads and installs a far superior video editor that includes essentially After Effects and Audition built-in and puts 50 bucks into your pocket every month.
I've been thinking about taking this approach. I usually pick my shorts apart after I finish them but then it's too late to do anything about it. It would be great to sit down and watch the whole thing and to note what did and what did not work and see how to improve when actually shooting it.
Meh. A couple good features here and there. Wake me up when they introduce auto waveform syncing on the timeline or when they fix half the bugs I've reported. Great software but I'm not so bad an editor that I need my nle to tell me my shit is boring. Let's fix the problems instead of doing what marketing wants.
I can't wait to see how Abrams screws this one up. They should have an actual Star Wars fan direct Star Wars movies. It is a shame what has become of this great Saga.
They need a Star Wars spin off about the intrepid team of mechanics that created and built R2D2 because of course.
