wow, been using resolve and its amazing, proxy mode solves all my playback woes for a top end mackbook pro, and it seems to run way smoother, hope for less crashes as it wont be as taxing on the computer, i think they will do really well with this now to get better at using the resolve coloring tools also want learn how to change shortcuts

i am running maxed out macbook pro 2015 and sometimes struggle with playback
any help on maxamising performance would be good, note that resolve 12 has fully crashed my computer several times, which no other program has ever done, any iinsight into why is welcome, maybe using to much power?

Saw this on the Canon website, major bummer you cant use phase detect autofocus in 60p! Why? Camera looks awesome just wish it had wifi, that was a stupid omission, makes it easy to live without flip out viewfinder with wifi but with out you need a external screen to do self interviews with out guessing.
