I am having the exact same experience as Matthew and I'm at a loss to find a solution. We paid in November of 2019, submitted our content on December 5th and have heard very little since. We're trying to coordinate our marketing campaign with the release of our film but now I can't even get anyone at Quiver to respond to an email. I've even left messages at Premiere Digital and I get nothing from them as well.
This is probably the most helpless experience I've had dealing with any service provider. What makes it worse is that they have over $3k of our money.
Erik, I'd love to chat with you about this if you have time. Or if you'd like, I can send my email chains so you can take a look. I really need to know what's going on and why it's so difficult for your team to even send simple "I got your email" responses to your clients.
