I've seen you in a couple of threads, and you've rec'd the Panasonic lens kits there as well. I'm looking to get a GH3, and am then wondering about the lenses. I've been reading a lot about prime lenses, and I'm curious as to whether someone who is relatively new to filming with DSLRs would be better off with something that has a range. I have my father's old Canon AE2, and have messed around with that. I believe the lens he has is a 50 mm, so I would have one prime lens (though, not sure if I can adapt it to the GH3).
Anyway, your thoughts on whether getting a prime lens, or getting one with a range would be much appreciated! Thanks!
