Interesting time.
I believe the future will make us all become writers directors and producers with the help of AI. Deep mind has shown some interesting progress of neural nets capturing nuances in synthetic voice that makes it indistinguishable from real voices, photo realistic images from textual descriptions and imaginational animals.
I believe this is only the beginning. An AI detecting and creating the unwritten word, allegories or feelings that we can relate to is ,in my humble opinion, just as likely.

How does he get to use the original music? I have recently have had one of my best videos removed from vimeo due to copyright infrigements. My video was using a bootstrapped version of a song found on soundcloud.

Didn't read the article, just watched the short. Destroyed by the twist generation of films I was expecting his twin brother to do the weight in or somehow change place with the fighter at the end.

Article Comment – Ah, Film! This 70mm Projection Time-Lapse of 'The Hateful Eight' is Just Lovely

The early film roll from the late 1890s is apparently still playable in modern projectors, because of the standard film-size and holes. Pretty cool in my opinion. In 100 years a physical film might still exist.

Film is dead anyhow, but just saying-
