When looking at the new tri-band routers they are now offering 2.4, 5 and 6ghz. If I have a games console WiFi 6(not 6e) will I be able to change the 6ghz to 5ghz to run as a dedicated channel for the console. Whilst being "future proofed" for 6e compatible devices.
Or would I be better going for a current tri-band with 2 x 5ghz channels utilising one of those for the console?
