Exactly! What's always going to be lacking is story telling. Most people making movies not only have no idea how to tell a story but have no interesting story to tell anyway. The camera is the least of our concern, this is not the weakest link anymore, as it used to be when we all had Sony PD 150 or else. The weakest links are the actors, the crew, the locations, the light, the knowledge and the lack of knowledge.
Finally! I've been waiting for that moment for years. Maybe I won't have to deal again with these vain people, actors, who don't give a damn about your project, who don't understand the amount of work, pain and sweat somebody wearing all the hats at the same time of producers/directors/DPs put into their project, these people who don't understand shit and accept anything as long as somebody is willing to film them and put them up there. Finally! Don't pull my legs, is this really going to happen?
What does this tell you about "The Public"? Do you remember that guy? https://youtu.be/rVXekzwkz10
So Nikon meant for the first buyers of the first generation to be guinea pigs? Is that what companies do now?
I have to agree with that! Frankly, in ideal lighting conditions, that bmcc 2.5k is amazing! Very, very few people are realizing this! It's just a pain to use, of course, but as soon as it hits 500 bucks in MFT, I'm buying one!
Of course she's 19. Not even 29, 19. So all that BS added to the futile cult of youth. Youth have so much to bring us. It's probably somebody younger than 20 who invented the phone, the processor, the computer, the plane, nuclear fission and it's without any doubt somebody younger than 20 who will discover the vaccine against the Covid-19. Insults are added to injuries and it's never ending. It seems, seems to me that the bulk of what is filmed or about to be filmed these days is pure crap from a time belonging to the end of our times.
