You gotta calm down. He ends his video with "Thats how war scenes should be made... its like language, where the words have been spoken" Isnt it clear that it is not about ripping sth off but paying hommage and giving context to the new scene? Like... the dothraki in this wild west like valley totally reminded me of the Ford films like he said.
Apocalypse Now is like the perfect reference as it really shows the horror Daenaerys brings upon the people with their dragons. Much like a foreign invader would with napalm.

Boards Comment – lighting gear - completely lost

So in less than two years I went from 3 Little shitty LED Panels to a grip and lighting Armada: C Stands, Floppys, 4x4s, 6x6s, fresnels, softlights. Wow to think back how little I knew!

Not sure if comparing a crowdfunded indiefilm to product placement in a Michael Bay movie is the same. Of of these is straight up capitalism and has nothing to do with the realization of the picture itself.

That must be the second or third article on NFS that spreads this low iso = best iso none sense. Lots of cameras have sweet spots that not necessarily are their lowest iso's.

Atleast The War Show, that's the one I have seen of those movies, didn't feel like any kind of glorification. It shoved into your face how fucked up wars are. After seeing it, I was so mad and wished every fucking right wing refugee hating fuck would see this movie.
