I'm pursuing LA culinary storytelling from someone within the industry. My project is called WTWM or "Worth The Wait Movement". This was created to document my journey of becoming a food writer. At the end of the journey it will be "Worth The Wait" Ha! get it?! My films and articles aim to create a more intimate bridge to connect restuaratuer, food innovation, etc. with the consumer.
