As a film viewer(only), I think the Rear Window shot connects important characters to the protagonist(Jimmy Steward). It makes me think that those characters are going to be involved with him without the need for dialogue to establish them. It sets the basis of the story, before the story unfolds. I've never seen the movie, but that's what it tells me. The blonde is eye candy too. Hitchhock, you son of a gun ;)
I don't see any importance in Xmas, now that I am an adult. However, I can understand why some people are depressed with the event, when they are alone and others are with family. There are a great many quarrels at Xmas too. I think it would be very interesting to see a movie about Xmas focused on the divide between relatives. I have never seen such a movie. Anyway...tut tah Xmas for another year :)
Please take as much money out of me as you can, because I so want that 4k app so I can be up there with the big movie makers. 4 years later...everyone raves about 8k. My 4k is so backward. Please take as much money out of me as you can, because I so want that 8k app so I can be up there with the big movie makers. 4 years later.....sorry I'm broke. P....off.
