Looking at this sample video, it seems that the video quality is fairly reasonable, but to my (limited) knowledge the camera isn't very well known for its video capabilities, probably because you might get more for your money with a different camera.
It's good that you mentioned what exactly you'll be using the camera for, but it would help if you mentioned your budget as well as which country you'll be buying the camera from.
You're also going to need a pretty good computer system and a decent amount of hard drives to work with any of the Blackmagic cameras. XAVC-S (the A7s codec) is much easier (and subsequently cheaper) to work with than Prores HQ and RAW on the Blackmagic.
