My series of articles on Film Terminology began with first letter of English alphabet - A. Subsequently, “B” is my focused letter in this article. Here are film terminologies that start with “B”:
1) Background Artist aka Scenic artist: A person who designs or constructs the art placed at the rear of a set.

​2) Back lot: A large open are of studio property to be used for building open air sets and filming wilderness scenes.
