Wideangle Lens For Lowlight And Cheap?

I want to get a wideangle lens for my canon T3I, I shoot alot in lowlight so if it's 2.8 o lower it would be great! what should i get?

I have the Rokinon Cine 14mm T3.1 lens. It's a cool little beast, more of a specialty lens I'll use occasionally. Don't regret owning it though.

I've had a lot of luck with my Tamron 17-50 2.8 It's wide but not crazy wide, and it works pretty well for me, and was about $350 used (no image stabilization version). It's my go-to b-roll lens.
One caveat is that the focus ring is the opposite of Canon lenses (so you turn right to focus farther away), so you might end up cursing under your breath a couple times.
Second caveat is that it won't cover a full frame sensor, if you happen to move up to one later. Plus side of that is, it's way lighter than the Canon 17-55.

Canon has a new pancake 24mm lens, it's f2.8, about $150 USD, give or take. We got it for our church BMCC EF mount camera (to have something light on that beast of a camera). It's worked well so far.

Sigma 18-35 1.8... An invaluable addition.
