A7sii Record Settings limited?

I just bought the Sony A7sii and have spent the last few hours trying to change my record settings to 24p. There is literally no 24p option available. The only options I have at 4k XAVC S is 25p 100M and 25p 60M. At 1080p I only have 50p 50M, 25p 50M, 100p 100M and 100p 60M. I don't think it would be a problem with my memory card either, as it is a San Disk Extreme Pro 95Mb/s 256gb SDXC card. Could this be because the camera is set as PAL instead of NTSC? When trying to choose the HFR settings (which is also not 120fps) it says "cannot change when set to PAL". If so, I have looked on how to change back to NTSC, but haven't found an option.

Anyone have any ideas?

Edit: After trying yet again, I finally found the PAL/NTSC option to switch. I changed to NTSC and yes, I can now see all of the record settings options, including 24p 100M. I'm not sure why, but PAL seems to have limited options in the record settings.

According to the A7SII manual there is a camera menu item labelled "NTSC/PAL Selector" which lets you switch between PAL and NTSC modes.

( quote from the manual below )
NTSC/PAL Selector
By changing the TV format of the device, shooting in a different movie format is possible.

How were you able to switch the modes? Having a hell of a time with that

Where exactly is this setting? As I can't find it for the life of me!

Found it! Was in the last menu, on the third sub-menu.
