Advice required on best Mac specs for Premiere Pro CC 2015

Hi all. I'm hoping someone can help me out. I am looking to purchase a new Mac to edit on with Premiere Pro CC 2015 (and after effects). I edit pro res files which I shoot on my Nikon D810 - recording to a Ninja Blade.
I am NOT very knowledgeable with technology :)
Nevertheless I'm looking to upgrade my 2012 Macbook Pro. I have read a mix of reports as to whether or not I should get a fully specced iMac 5K Retina or a Mac Pro. I have a thunderbolt display already.
Anyway, if someone could guide me as to what would be more efficient out of the following two sets of specs I would really appreciate it. Cheers, Mel.

What I'm tossing up is either:

iMac 5K retina with
4.0GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7,
Turbo Boost up to 4.4GHz -
32GB 1600MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 4x8GB -
1TB Flash Storage -
AMD Radeon R9 M295X 4GB GDDR5 -

Mac Pro with -
3.5GHz 6-core with 12MB of L3 cache -
16GB (4 x 4GB) of 1866MHz DDR3 ECC - 16GB (4 x 4GB) of 1866MHz DDR3 ECC -
Dual AMD FirePro D700 GPUs with 6GB of GDDR5

I have both. One you carry around with you with a small screen for editing and the other sits on a desk with a bigger screen and has more RAM. If you don't plan on getting a second monitor then the iMac is the way to go. Make sure you get the right card (Apple gave you two choices a year ago with Nividia) and all the ram you can get.
