So my short film is going to end up right around 45 minutes long.

NOW what?

It's rather on the long side... try asking a professional editor to have a look, maybe he can offer some creative solutions that will make it better and shorter. In the end, there are festivals which would take it, but keep in mind it that it has to be stellar because for this amount of time they will sacrifice three other 15min shorts or even five 9min ones. In the end you can upload it on a video platform but still, don't expect someone to watch 45min unless it's a masterpiece. So consider it as a necessary learning experience, try to understand what you did well and what you could improve on, and move to your next one.

Short film maximum must have 30 minutes and with the credits and logos. Is medium film and is complicate distribute a medium film . Is not a easy format. Better shot film or large filme (star with 60 long film)

45 Mins is alot for a short film... you should have just made a feature man lol, but as said above try and get some feedback and see if you can get it to 30mins. And is it that you want to make money from it or you want people to see your film?
