Do royalty free music websites have sales?

I was just wondering this recently. I looked around, but couldn't find much of anything for less than the (seemingly) standard price of $50 per song. I like making music videos, and it seems that all the good music (with vocals) that you can legally use costs money, but $50 is pretty high. If that's what I have to pay, then so be it, but I'd like to go lower.

I'll go look in the music thread on here for lower prices, but in the mean time, here's my question.

AudioJungle.net have many good tracks starting at about $19 for the standard license.

I'm confused. You want to make music videos for generic songs by people who didn't ask you to make them? Musicians don't deserve fair compensation? What are the videos worth? What do you plan on doing with them? Why not team up with local musicians who want music videos? That way you have original music, you don't have to pay for rights and the band gets promotional material.
Sorry if I'm being rude, it's just that I don't understand your particular circumstances.

I'll answer all the 3 questions above here starting with Stephen's.

I guess I'm actually making a promo video for this camp that I'm talking about. I just called it a music video because It's set to music. I'm not doing it professionally or for money; I'm just doing it on my own time because it's fun and the organization is happy to have the free publicity (not that anyone actually watches my videos XD).

So, sorry for the miscommunication there. With that in mind, what I actually need is a good, royalty free song with lyrics (because I like to work with lyrics) for this promo video.

I never thought of going to musicians in the area, but it might be interesting to see if I could work anything out with someone in the future.

Oh, yes, and the videos go up on youtube on my personal channel.

Guy, I went to Audiojungle, but literally none of their music with vocals had people actually singing anything. There might have been one or two at most. Again, I should have specified this in the original post, but I'm looking for lyrics.

Sunil, I've been to FMA. There are a lot of songs, many with lyrics, but a lot of them sound pretty horrible to me. A thought I just had is that maybe it's the genre I'm looking for (rock). Whatever the case, FMA doesn't really work for me, but I might get lucky if I really comb it.

If you want vocals and lyrics then you might want to see if you can work a deal with a local band, as most of the royalty-free music has no vocals at all.

There are a few gems on FMA, but you have to dig through a giant mountain of garbage to find them. I've kind of given up on FMA for this reason.

Ah, thanks for the clarification. That certainly makes sense. I'm afraid I don't have much of an answer to your question because I don't use pre-recorded music. It still may be a good idea to collaborate with a local band. Most have some kind of recording they're happy to share for little/no money as long as you give credit.
