Getting Wireless Audio to Video Village

Hey all, trying to put together a video village package for our production company, and curious to know how people get their externally recorded audio (for instance, from a Sound Devices mixer) to headphones in video village.

We just got the Paralinx Arrow X for video out from our RED Dragons, but especially when we've got them on the Ronin, and you can't really jam audio in camera, we need a way to get the boom op/mixer's audio to our director and producers in video village. And being fairly audio illiterate, I could use any and all words of wisdom. Thanks for the help!

If you are working with a good field mixer they will have a wireless hop in their mix bag and should be able to send you at least monitor audio to the village. You may need a small mixer to run that into a set of monitors/cans for the relevant people to listen to.

If they don't have a wireless hop. . . tell them to rent one out for the shoot ;)
