How is this done?

Hi there,
I was watching this short the other day (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=tQ_b3q14wmQ) and really enjoyed some of the editing and photography. In particular, I wondered how the shot at 3:20 was achieved, where the characters are lying against a white background. Did they just use a green screen? If so, how did they give the impression that the light was coming from the floor - the characters seem silhouetted in the shot from above. Apologies for any ignorance - Im a total amateur when it comes to stuff like this.
Cheers

If I had to set that up, I'd probably try laying the actors on the floor of a white cyc. I'd probably light it with two fairly hard lights focused on the floor, not the actors. If you get the bounce angle and your exposure just right, you should get that high-contrast "glow".
