Internships

Hey guys, I'm currently a junior studying video production. I'm looking for an internship this summer. I've sent out many applications, but I want to make sure I'm doing everything I can to attain a rad one.

Does anybody have any useful advice regarding internships? Or just about your experience?

I has been in two, in Mexico and Spain. It's a good experience but if you want an advice ... Try this. Make thinks clear before you go. Sometimes the people don't tell you all thinks.

Internships are definitely good experience. I interned for a public tv station in NYC, and I met some great people. Most colleges have some sort of career center to help you with your resume/look for internships, so if that's available to you I'd definitely take advantage of it. In the meantime, shoot as many things as you can on your own and with friends, so you have more projects on your resume.
