PR4444 issue in premiere

I have been having this issue when I bring an HD ProRes4444 into premiere where it only imports the audio. I right click it in my bin to check out the properties and there it recognizes there's a video track and recognizes it's a PR4444.
I've been bringing it into Resolve and convert it to a PRHQ but that's annoying to have to do with every file.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Can you bring it into Adobe Media Encoder and see that all tracks are recognized ?

What about After Effects ?

If you bring it into encoder the video just comes out black so it's a similar situation as Premiere. Same with After Effects.

It's weird because it's not all PR4444's it's just some. I think it might have to do with where it's being encoded. We use Nacuda and Phoenix so I think it might be because they're being encoded from there. It's just so strange.
I just pulled in a PRXQ into premiere and it played it fine.
I don't know what's going on with Premiere.
