What monitor to buy ?

I've got a budget of 400-450 eur and I need a new monitor that will work just fine with coloring and photoshop.

Any recommendations on what to buy around this budget, something that will have it's colors correct.

Can you buy a monitor with 10-bit color for 450 eur ?

In North America it's possible to buy a monitor with 10-bit color for less than $1,000.

I was thinking about this one :

Monitor 25" Dell UltraSharp U2515H LED IPS

A friend has a similar Dell, the color is really clean and clear. Not sure about the bitrate.

10-bit color depth monitors are listed as having a 1.07 billion color display and are better to grade with than an 8-bit ( 16.78 million color ) display.

That's why I was asking how much 10-bit montiors cost in Europe, because they are getting pretty cheap in North America.
