Workflow and feedback software for revisions/discussion with clients

We're growing quite rapidly and have far too many projects to be dealing with feedback via email. People respond to the wrong chains, don't CC people in, things get missing - sooner or later it's going to cause us problems.

Who's using what? Happy to pay for a solution that works. We tried Slack for a while but didn't get on with it and I don't think it would work in this sense. We'd really like the ability to upload video files, playback on screen, annotate frames and have ordered discussions underneath - anything else is a bonus. It also needs to have a nice and easy learning curve to avoid freaking out our clients.

Thoughts? Who's using what?

I haven't used this personally but it looks promising. http://wipster.io

Thanks Ty, I saw that and thought it looked interesting. I do remember seeing another one quite heavily publicised (maybe on this very site) a year or so ago which ended in the .io top level domain if I recall.

Welcome any other contributions.

Edward, you may be thinking of frame.io ... I've had to use it a few times via clients who have accounts and I'm pretty impressed. Seems particularly great for interacting with non-video savvy people, though there's a lil' bit of a learning curve for those types (compared to just them sending you a bunch of emails). I haven't used the other similar services, so I don't know how it fares in comparison.

That's the one I'm thinking of! Thanks Jaan. Appreciate it.

I'll have a closer look and maybe try a few out. If I can get some demos of different options I'll add my experiences to this page.
