Sam Hayes

Sam Hayes is a filmmaker from Chicago, living in Los Angeles. He began in fiction, with a novel called The Weather Man, then shifted his focus to screenplays, soon writing, directing, and producing his debut feature, POOLS, which won the Audience Award at SXSW Sydney 2024, and will premiere at TIFF Next Wave 2025.
