Toby Wosskow
Toby Wosskow is a British-born, Los Angeles-based Writer & Director. His narrative short film Sides of a Horn (2019), from Executive Producer Sir Richard Branson, tells the story of two brothers-in-law fighting on opposite sides of South Africa’s poaching war. It was featured in The New York Times and won twelve film festival awards, including an Oscar-qualifying Grand Jury Prize. To follow up his short, Toby is set to direct a feature film titled The Last Rhino, which he also co-wrote. This international crime thriller follows a South African Park Ranger, a Vietnamese Diplomat, and an American Security Contractor who must navigate the laws of crime, corruption, and nature at the dark heart of the illegal wildlife trade. The film will be produced by Academy Award-winner Cathy Schulman. Toby has also directed commercials for BMW, United Nations, Fujifilm, Oakley, Real Madrid and Nike, as well as music videos for Marshmello and Elton John.
