4K Camera on a low budget?

I am going to the Arctic this summer and I have just started pre-pro. I have decided I want to shoot in 4K but I want to be able to use Canon glass. Also I don't have a very large budget, but I am willing to rent / use 2nd hand. Bit of a big ask really, but thanks!
(Sorry if this question has been asked loads!)

There are no 4K budget Canon cameras. Look for Sony a6300, a6500 or Panasonic g7 or g80/g85 and get an adapter. Take a look online and see which will suit better your needs. This assuming your buget is under $1500.

Thanks Herman, will check that out. Just found the C100 at quite a good price, I know its not 4K but the image is lovely. Also thinking about the BMPC, what do you think about that?
Thanks, Ed

BMPCC as a low budget camera it is quite nice. You got raw video and such. But I'd get a a6500 or a g80/85 instead. The BMPC has terrible battery life and it has a bit of a problem with IR. I would get a C100 anytime over any of those the if 4k is not a must.
