IMDB: it's possible be in the database without paying each month?
I wanna know how this works. Do anyone knows how?
IMDB is free, so you don't need to pay. Once your production is listed, it stays there forever. IMDB Pro is a subscription service which you need to pay for.
To check how it works in order to appear there check this thread: http://nofilmschool.com/boards/questions/how-post-your-short-imdbcom

It's pretty easy. Add a film you worked on here. http://www.imdb.com/updates/guide/adding_new_title
If it qualifies (which isn't hard) you get a page as a member of the crew.
If a film you worked on site not credit you, just edit the credits and as yourself.

But if you wanna add a picture or any personal info I'm pretty sure you need a pro account which isn't cheap at all.

adding a poster is quite expensive but it does show you care about your production being properly presented and not just care about having your film up on imdb. Also people don't go putting up lame pictures for films that nobody will ever see...
but yeah 10$ would be a better amount then 30-something $ imo

Yes you definitely can be. You can just add yourself as normal or submit a film through withoutabox and you are automatically in. Good luck.
