New Macbook Pro Question

Hey guys, I'm looking to get a new Macbook Pro, but I'm not quite sure what route to go. I mainly use Premiere, with a little bit of FCPX. I don't use AE all that much right now, but I'm hoping to learn. I also use Resolve quite a bit.

I'm trying to decide between three options, a 13" with Retina, or a 15" with or w/o a discrete GPU. I'm not sure what the best route to go is. I want to get the most performance for my dollar, without spending too much.

First off, I dunno if paying the extra money for the 15" with GPU is worth it. Will it give me much more performance? Or will I be fine with the Intel 6100 graphics?

With that out of the way, how well do the apps I use take advantage of multiple cores? Based on that, I dunno if the quad cores in the 15" are worth it, or will I be just fine going with the 13" with dual core i7?

What have your experiences been with these models and their performance, specifically the 2015 models? Thanks so much!

I have the 15" 2013 retina with the Navida 750M. I use Premiere Pro CC and a little FCPX. The performance with 4K is pretty good, not exempt from regular crashing though...I'm thinking this is more of an Adobe problem than an Apple one.
(By regular crashing I mean 2-3 times per hard editing day...on a good day; on a really bad day I lose count:-)
