Panasonic LUMIX GH4 and lens

Hello ladies and gentleman, I'm planing to buy GH4 camera, as I noticed there are two different version, US and International versions and price difference is about $500.
Can someone please explain me what is difference between?

I want to record some documentary short movies and was wandering which will be better for me Sigma 18-35 or PANASONIC LUMIX G X Vario Lens, 12-35mm?

I like how sharp is Sigma but also my hand are shaky so image stabilization would be great which have this Panasonic lens.

So I'm very confused about GH4 versions and between this two lens, please recommend me something.

The Sigma is simply a better lens. It will be sharper, have less distortion and less glare. The Vario is meant for novice video shooters. I won't tell you what to buy, just that you should figure out what your priorities are. With the better lens, you can get better quality video but you must learn how to handle the camera (and/or use a fluid-head tripod).

If it were me, I'd get a GH3 and maybe three prime lenses. UHD is not worth the loss of dynamic range you get with the GH4. I'd use the savings to buy better lighting gear.
