Voice Over Job

I am looking for a woman to do some voice over for a short I have made, in English.

Does anyone know a good place to find such a person?

I've looked unto some sites but everyone sounds SOOOO over the top, since it's mostly Radio, Commercial or Character work... Of course most of the people can probabaly pull of a more sincere, mystic, laidback kind of voice but how do I make sure?

Anybody have any experience with hiring VO-personalities? Where to look? Any information helps.

If anyone is up for the challenge, feel free to contact me at v.ragnemar@gmail.com.

Most professional voice actors will have demo tracks online that will give you a good idea of what their voice range is. Some actors will even send you a quick demo of what you are asking for to help you to decide on using them.

Check out internetjock.com -- great turn around times, often less than one hour, and hundreds of people to choose from. Place is a jem, and has saved me countless amount of times on projects with short deadlines. Also, I have to recommend my friend Staci who does fantastic VO's and does a lot of imaging for radio stations. Her site: http://www.andersonmediaworks.com/
