With a dedicated micro HDMI input, it allows users to connect the device to Sony Alpha cameras or any other HDMI input to be used as a camera monitor. Additionally, the smartphone can be used as a 5G data link to broadcast video in real-time.
On top of that, the Xperia Pro can livestream content connected to the HDMI input to social media platforms like Instagram or YouTube or to an RTMP server. So if you're out in the field shooting with your a7s III, you can easily tether it to the Xperia Pro and livestream the content. Cool.
Other features of the Xperia Pro include a 360-degree antenna design to cover all four sides of the device, a long-lasting 4,000mAh battery, fast charging, a Gorilla Glass 6 display, and an IP65/68 rating water and dust resistance.
The Xperia Pro is available now for $2,498.
